HOW TO ORDER

Local Orders (Singapore) 

Payment with currency (SGD) by Funds Transfer via ATM/Internet Banking, PayPal or Credit/Debit Card via PayPal (PayPal account is not required to pay with a credit/debit card).

For payment via ATM/Internet Banking, Seller's OCBC Bank Account No. will be provided by email. 

Please note that Inter-Bank transfers may take approximately 3-4 days to be processed by the Bank.

Upon receipt of payment, Seller will acknowledge receipt via Email and process Buyer's order.

International Orders

Payment by PayPal or Credit/Debit Card via PayPal (PayPal account is not required to pay with a credit/debit card).

Upon receipt of payment, Seller will acknowledge receipt via Email and process Buyer's order.

 

SHIPPING

Local Orders

Shipping Charges is inclusive of Handling Fee. Handling Fee is S$1.50. Registered Mail will be charged an additional S$2.25.

  • Not more than 100 gm (0.1kg) - S$2.40
  • 101 gm to 250 gm (0.25kg) - S$2.65
  • 251 gm to 500 gm (0.5kg)- S$3.20
  • 501 gm to 1 kg - S$4.05
  • Above 1 kg to 2 kg - S$4.85

Items will be mailed out within 3-4 working days upon receipt of payment.

The Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage of item for Normal Mail delivery.

Overseas Orders

Shipping Charges is inclusive of Handling Fee and Registered Mail.

Shipping Charges will be calculated based on weight of items. 

Shipping Charges do not include any duty and/or tax that may be imposed by customs of the respective Buyer's country. Any duty and/or tax required will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Buyer will be notified by email on shipping and handling fee which will be charged separately.

Items will be mailed out within 3-4 working days upon receipt of payment.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks delivery by Air.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Items that are defective can be exchanged or refunded, provided the following conditions are met: 

  1. Please inform us within 3 days from the date of receipt of item before returning the item. We will issue you a RA number. Please include the RA number on your return package. 
  2. For local Singapore customers, please return the item within 7 days of receipt. For overseas customers, please return the item within 14 days of receipt. 
  3. The item needs to be in an original and unused condition with original packaging and receipt. 
  4. The item needs to be returned by Registered mail and notice of Delivery confirmation to be sent to us. 
  5. Return shipping cost will be borne by buyer. 
  6. For custom made items, there is no refund or exchange. 
  7. The item to be returned needs to be properly packed and sealed. We are not responsible for loss or damage of the item in transit. Only upon receipt of the item, we will proceed with the refund.
